If you want to move liquid from a container to the world, try hooking the red node of a Storage Bridge next to it to the rightmost blue node of an Item Transference Device, then hooking the red node on the ITD to the blue node of a Storage Bridge which is either directly above or directly below a Spout. You must activate a Liquid Pump by giving a signal from a switch/button to the blue input node. You can also use a Spout (2 iron and 5 copper, once more in the Electronics Center) as an output, but you must wire to the rightmost blue input node.
